Why Is My Xbox One Controller Not Turning on with New Batteries?
The primary purpose of the Xbox one controller not turning ON is when you use the Xbox for an extended period, the clips, which are positive and negative ends of the battery holder, get covered with dust.
Thus it will stop receiving the power from batteries, a simple solution is applying alcohol and cleaning the Xbox.
If the battery contacts are worn out or bent too far, the controller will not switch on. If the batteries do not make firm contact for any other reason, it will not switch on.
